The 2019 Vancouver Motorcycle show is one of the most anticipated events for Motorsport enthusiasts in Western Canada with tens of thousands of people attending the show each year. With the Barnes Harley-Davidson® group being the top Harley-Davidson® Dealer group in Canada, they love to put on an outstanding show with each of their stores creating custom bikes to wow the audience.
This year Barnes Harley-Davidson® Langley decided to go all out and produce something that has never been done at Barnes. Nicknamed the “Farm Bike”, they took a brand-new 2019 Harley-Davidson® Softail Slim® (FLSL) and created an old school badass of a bike that not only roars like a beast but packs a punch in the looks department as well.
Sporting a custom rusted up paint set complete with old school Harley-Davidson® logo, heads will turn wherever you ride. Completely customized, this Slim rocks a staggered exhaust with a wrapped up and gnarled 2″ extension topped with rain caps. The attention to detail on this bike is mind blowing with custom details on the bars and breather cover matching the pipes and the paint job making it a one of a kind build.
To top off the looks of the Langley bike, a solo spring seat was added along with a distressed swing arm saddle bag, custom black mirrors, and old school Firestone front and rear tires. You can’t get much more custom than that.
While the majority of the build focuses on the looks of the bike, performance was not ignored! Progressive Suspension 465 Series Shocks and a Stage 1 Kit was added to this Softail Slim® complete with a Pro Street Tuner, Customized Screamin’ Eagle Heavy Breather, and those badass custom pipes.
